As a QA Engineer at Victory Square Partners, you’ll get to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable automated test suites for web and mobile applications. Sounds like something you’re up for? Great!
If you have an in-depth understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, plus a strong knowledge of testing lifecycles, testing types, and testing documentation, we definitely want to hear from you.
This is a position in which you’ll be able to make an impact and actively participate in initiatives to enhance our testing efficiency. You’ll also get the chance to share your knowledge and mentor junior automation engineers on their path to seniority.

This is what we need you to have to become a Part.nerd:
- At least 7 years of experience as a QA Engineer (experience as a Lead QA Engineer is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with popular test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Kotlin
- Ability to evaluate and recommend suitable tools based on project requirements
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
- Eagerness to collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
- Willingness to execute manual test cases to ensure software quality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- English fluency, both spoken and written
- Romanian fluency, both spoken and written
