Andrei Secea is a Tech Manager at Victory Square Partners, but he likes to call himself an Engineer, because he enjoys “fixing” stuff. In fact, he thinks that “fixing” stuff is the type of activity from which most engineers take their dopamine hit.

To get his dopamine, Andrei Secea has been “fixing” stuff for more than 15 years — from bare metal infrastructures to QA automation and Software Engineering. Plus, he loves building teams, because he believes that only through collaboration he can reveal those different perspectives that are essential for efficient Software Engineering.
