Marius Mazilu can count his engineering experience in decades – almost two, to be more precise. He’s a team manager trooper, delegating and inspiring his colleagues, while also making them laugh on a daily basis. His passion for software products is palpable from his management style to his ingenuity and his motivation to bring to life solutions that serve real needs. In addition to being a Technical Manager at Victory Square Partners, Marius is also the co-founder of VBoard, an online tool for educators meant to ease remote learning.

Alexandru Ianas started his career in web development by focusing on backend, but steadily incorporated frontend skills in his tool box. He made a swift ascent in engineering, fastly gaining experience by working on complex software products. Today, he engineers full-stack projects as a Technical Lead at Victory Square Partners. Rumors have it he’s always up for a challenge, that’s why colleagues keep reaching out to him whenever there’s trouble on a project’s horizont.
