As a Back-end Engineer at Victory Square Partners, you will use your back-end development skills to build — together with your colleagues — complex web applications for our U.S.-based clients.
You’ll get the chance to work with the latest technologies and dive into new approaches that will boost your coding skills. Learning is, after all, a never-ending process, right?

This is what we need you to have to become a Part.nerd:
At least 5 years of experience in web development
Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
Good knowledge of Node.js
Experience with at least one SQL or NoSQL database
Experience with a cloud provider (preferably AWS) (this is a plus, not a requirement)
Familiarity with version control systems
English fluency, both spoken and written
Romanian fluency, both spoken and written
A strong desire to learn, while helping others to do so
Great adaptability to change
