Step 1


Application review

We’ll have a look at your CV/LinkedIn profile and reach out if you seem like a good fit for our Victory Coalition.

Step 2


Initial Discusion

We’ll meet online for a 30-min
get-to-know you chat. We’ll tell you all about Victory Coalition and learn more about your story, experience and aspirations.

Step 3


Technical Discussion

This is the fun part! Get comfortable for a 1-hour online discussion with one of our Directors of Engineering and a Technical Lead/Technical Manager.

You’ll get the chance to talk about your experience and share some technical know-how.

Step 4


Final Discussion

A 60-minute online discussion with our VP of Engineering, Marius Banici.

This is a casual discussion, that helps us decide wich project would be the best fit for you.
