The Victory Coalition
Engineers partnering for a better way to work.
The workplace as we know it is changing and we are up to challenge the status quo to better serve you. In a tech industry that’s forever changing, we are upending the priorities of the typical services-business in exchange for the things that matter most to you: engaging product development efforts, competitive compensation pay, relevant benefits, and (most importantly) a healthy, fun, safe culture led by people who truly care for you. Welcome to the engineering coalition for a better way to work.

We recognize the importance of each new member in our engineering coalition and we value those who stick with us in the long run. Since our inception, we have continually invested in new benefits and ways for you to grow And we don’t plan to stop here. New benefit “releases” are on the way.

Most companies proclaim their values in new hire orientation training or a once-a-year speech by corporate executives. We’ve seen countless examples of huge gaps between a company’s values versus a company’s culture. We are far from perfect but we are working to hold true to these principles which we believe accurately reflect our culture:

Values that make our coalition stronger
Most companies proclaim their values in new hire orientation training or a once-a-year speech by corporate executives. We’ve seen countless examples of huge gaps between a company’s values versus a company’s culture. We are far from perfect but we are working to hold true to these principles which we believe accurately reflect our culture:
Our Values
We are a community. We love what we do and we care about who we work with. We bring a spirit of joy, laughter, empathy and friendship with each other and (ideally) with our clients. No jerks allowed. We recognize that life is too short not to enjoy the journey.
We are a coalition of technically talented engineers, designers, and professionals. We bring passion, enjoyment, and wits to every project we tackle. We’re restless when it comes to finding the right technical solutions and predictable, reliable delivery. We keep it simple, advancing win by win, and build trust through consistency.
We are a group of professionals who recognize that we are never done learning or improving. We take ownership of our actions. We challenge the status quo in pursuit of being better. We push ourselves to constantly improve. We study and test new techniques, tools, or technologies.
We are a team of teams. We’re the same, yet different. We each bring something unique to our technical partnership, making our engineering coalition stronger, better, and balanced. Collaboration is the cornerstone value that drives us, and we emphasize communication and support. We give just as much as we receive, and we respect and appreciate every team member.

Disclaimer: The following account is a bemused experiment that explores the coding capabilities of AIs and the way these can help and/or endanger the existence of Homo Engineerus. The information is by no means accurate, complete or even based on real research, but the language it is presented in might make it seem as if it was, to the point where it can sound condescending.
P.S.: No AIs were hurt during the making of this article.
The League of Part.nerds was created to recognize, celebrate and reward the employees who contribute directly to the success of our company. Ultimately, it is about returning value to those who provide, thus recognizing their important role within our engineering community.
Leadership is the most important factor in any team. Whether in sports or in a family, in combat or in business, leadership is the single most significant reason behind the success of any group of people attempting to accomplish a mission together. It’s that simple.
If you’re an engineer, UX or UI designer, you’re probably oscillating between two well-known options: product company or software solutions company
