As a Front-end Technical Lead at Victory Square Partners, you will use your tech know-how and leadership skills to take ownership of innovative web solutions for our U.S. based clients.

You’ll get the chance to work with the latest technologies and raise the tech bar by proposing and implementing complex front-end solutions.

You’ll collaborate with your team, offering them guidance, mentorship, and feedback, while continuing to learn and grow yourself.

Simply put, you’ll click with them on every level.

This is what we need you to have, nonsense aside:

At least 7 years of experience in web development
Great HTML and CSS skills
Extensive knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript or at least one front-end JavaScript framework/library (ReactJS /Vue.js/Angular)
Some knowledge of a back-end technology (ideally Node.js or Python)
Some experience with at least one SQL or NoSQL database
Some experience with a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Familiarity with version control systems
English fluency, both spoken and written
A strong desire to help others and act as a servant leader
The ability to be a strong individual contributor and also a pair programming partner
Great adaptability to change
Great communication skills
