Curious to know what happens once you apply to Victory Square Partners? Here’s what we pay attention to and what you can expect at every step.
Step 1
We review your CV and/or LinkedIn profile to see if you click with us and our requirements.
Step 2
This is when we get technical. Get ready for a one hour online discussion with one of our Directors of Engineering and a Technical Lead/Technical Manager. Now’s the time to share your technical experience and tell us all about the projects that you loved working on. Expect some fun technical questions as well.
Step 3
the final Victorious one): A casual talk of approximately 30 – 60 minutes with our Co-founder and VP of Engineering, Marius Bănici, which will help us figure out which project will be the best fit for you.
